Our flagship products, WickRight Parapet Vents and Low-Slope Roof Vent, dry out wet masonry walls and low-slope roof systems and keep them dry. Our vents are installed on over 150 buildings in Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison WI, Tampa and West Lake FL, Northern California, Ohio and Michigan. All of the buildings that WickRight Parapet Vents and Low-Slope Roof Vents have been installed on are now dry. Since the first installation in 2013, there have been NO call backs.
Low-Slope Roof Vent
WickRight Low-Slope Roof Vent exhausts moisture intrusion, condensation and heat that builds up under roof membranes. Our roof vent prevents condensation accumulation under roof membranes and in the interstitial roof space; reducing this moisture can sigificantly extend the life of roofing materials and prevent mold growth.
Truss Reinforcement System
Moisture intrusion through parapets and masonry walls damages trusses embedded in the masonry. Our repair methods and bracket system can save trusses with rotted ends up to 3 ft. Our truss brackets are installed from the top-down – keeping the mess outside, at roof level. Rated for up to 100 lbs per sq ft by Illinois licensed structural engineer.
