Bob shows repair methods and WickRight parapet vents and flat roof vents that fix wet buildings with flat roofs. He shares shocking photos, of soaking wet parapets, extreme efflorescence and water pouring out of a split face block wall. He’s been solving water intrusion in Chicago for over a decade and says there are thousands of buildings to fix.

These moisture damage issues are not limited Chicago; Bob has fixed buildings in Milwaukee, Madison and Tampa and he has evaluated buildings in Tennessee, New York City and Los Angeles.

Bob's solutions are rooted in building science. Preventing water intrusion and creating pathways for moisture vapor to exit buildings, dry out wet masonry and prevent truss damage.

He also shows a 365 Construction Tent he designed which he uses and rents to fellow contractors to work 365 days a year in Chicago.
